Alwoodley Primary - Bounce SPRING 1

Service Description

The Alwoodley Primary School Bounce Club sessions are an open session for boys and girls in Years 5 & 6 that attend Alwoodley Primary. With our coaches focused on creating a fun environment where the aspects of fundamental movement are blended with activities and games with the core skills of basketball as a focus. The key areas of shooting, dribbling, passing and footwork are developed, with the children getting the opportunity to apply these skills in games. The session runs from 15:15-16:15 every Friday over the half term and is divided in to 3 segments focusing on skill development, small sided games and match play. Sessions are up-tempo, exciting and fun with a view to instilling a passion for the sport. There are currently 20 places per week available on termly subscription options. Children who excel and are identified as talented in these sessions, will be sign posted to our U12’s Academy the start of our junior national league pathway. ** Please Note - this is a block of 6 sessions for the SPRING 1 HALF TERM only, it does not roll over into the next term **
