The City Of Leeds is happy to announce that COLBA Academy Coach Murray Bingham has been tasked with developing a whole-club strength and conditioning offer which will add significant value to the programme.
Coach Bingham said: "I’m excited to launch this physical development program with the City of Leeds Basketball Club, a place that’s been so important in my own journey. Bringing this program to life here is a big step in raising the standard for youth development at the club and is a testament to their commitment to the players development. This program has the potential to be truly transformative for athletes.
